Your Big Ideas Presentation

The presentation of your big ideas occured on the 25th of May. There were around 50 interesting people that attended the opening night, with a lot of discussion between community groups and the consultation team well into the night. Overall people were very positive towards the ideas and were excited about the future of Tallangatta. Work begun on the masterplan phase, with the workshop 'big ideas' wall becoming a 'feedback wall' for the community to have a say on the masterplan 'big ideas.'

Community Workshop - Many 'big ideas'

The opening of the workshop was a great success with over 150 people attending during the 2nd and 3rd of April. We also got the chance to meet many past residents returning for the Tallangatta Secondary College 50th year Anniversary. It was interesting to hear many stories of the Old Town and people's views about how Tallangatta has changed over the years.
