Towong Shire Council has a project called the Tallangatta Revitalisation Strategy that they’ve been working on to make sure that Tallangatta has a bright future. To help with this they have appointed a team of Consultants to work with the local community to develop the Tallangatta Tomorrow strategy.

The goal is to make sure that Tallangatta is a place where:
• people of all ages want to live
• there are employment opportunities
• there are community services that support the community
• residents are proud to call it ‘home’
• people can be part of a vibrant community
• there is a proud history and a bright future
• people want to visit

These things don’t just happen… there needs to be a plan that’s developed for and by the community. The consultant team is here to facilitate and help develop the strategy but we can’t do it without your help.

Your input and involvement over the coming months will be critical to the success of this project.
